In case you missed this yesterday - this project is incredibly important and dear to me. The developer, @rasheedabueideh.bsky.social, is potentially in danger for insisting on making this game, but he refuses to back down because backing down would mean not telling this story.
I want to make a personal appeal for the beautiful new game of Palestinian gamedev @rasheedabueideh.bsky.social. As nobody will fund a game about the 1948 Nakba, Rasheed is crowdfunding via launchgood.com/1948. I've been doing production advice on the game pro bono, and it deserves to exist.

A few months ago I spoke about a game I'm assisting on where we have a plan for if the creative director is captured or murdered. This is that game, and Rasheed is that Creative Director. We don't know how the game affects his safety, but he wants to go through regardless. Any support helps!

Ever since I bought my Steamdeck I really got into emulation, modding and older pc games.
So much so that I bought a 3DS (modded it) and recently I have installed my childhood videogames like Mechwarrior 3.
Now I am thinking about getting a Wii U and modding the heck out of it.

But now I’m at work, drained of all energy, and there are no baby smiles to keep me going.
