interesting reflection. I'm having a hard time understanding how this shape is produced from the phone's mostly flat sides
an iphone mounted in landscape orientation above a monitor and a wall about 30cm behind it. the wall displays a halo produced by the sun reflecting off the edges of the phone, but the halo's shape is far more rounded and pill-shaped compared to the mostly rectangular silhouette of the phone.
