If you are using a rotation with Xilonen and you already have a Cinder City user aside from her, then why not just give Xilonen SoDP? CUZ HER HEALING IS LARGE ENOUGH AND TICKS OFTEN ENOUGH FOR IT AND NOW YOU HAVE TWO BUFFS FOR YOUR ON FIELD
