Driving through the snow this morning and I remembered a dumb thought little kid me had:
“Why do they put salt down on top of roads? Why don’t they just mix it with the asphalt?”

The news industry is really difficult financially. @bluesky may be a new path forward. Anyone have any ideas how to make it a platform where media companies want to post news first ? And a platform where reporters, commentators, etc can make a living ?
