Hi folks.

I'm a transfem furry from ages and ages ago, gamer, writer, editor, musically-inclined, and generally a do-whatever. I've decided to join Bluesky as many have, but my main account on social media is at chaosfem.tw. She/her, please.
I would have almost suspected a Kitty Band.

Me, I drop fluff. Maybe a clover... definitely not a Moonlight card.

May I perhaps offer this other main attraction, reused from some years ago?

Sounds pretty king-like to me.

What a load of complete hogwash. 'The duty of a public artist' indeed: sounds like trying to compel artists to work for The Party. Wonder how long it'll be before they press-gang others into working for them -- also for free.

Anyway, Chuck Redd is still performing for all people. Just not there.

Yea, and the reduction of other opportunity costs: there are a very large number of employers who have a very clear vested interest in making sure their laborers are locked into eternal poverty, and such a credit would jeopardize that somewhat.

Working a double every day precludes education.

Not a bad idea, putting the carrot out there -- I like the notion of a reward rather than a penalty.

If I have a concern, it's that there are a lot of low-income and otherwise disadvantaged voters who can't find the time to *be* so educated.

Without correcting for that, the incentive is reduced.

The man folds like an overlong red tie. I remember when Mamdani visited the WH. Trump was trying to glue his lips to Mamdani's ass the whole time, agreeing on everything, because he just doesn't know how to stand up against anyone with actual personal authority.

I always thought this was the exact same logic used during the whole cold war period. Anything to stymie those EVIL COMMIES.

... doesn't make it any less like a four-year-old, of course.

This is the logical end result of the grade-school kerfuffles of my youth, where parents would claim 'religious intolerance' due to their kids ignoring Biology class and demanding that Mendelian genetics and evolution aren't real, because God, then getting zeroes.

Same damn thing.

Please and thank you! I remember the Al Franken situation from years ago. He got OUSTED, and hard, by the Dems, pressured to resign for being a sex pest. And rightly so.

The Dems shouldn't be afraid to get rid of their abusers. If they are, they need to take a long look at themselves.

Not that Lewisville was *that* much better, in my memory...!

(Says a girl who spent a good chunk of her time at Hedrick in one of the barely air-conditioned externals, and just trying to keep her head down at LHS.)

The last sentence in that conversation tells us that if a landlord is not renting out their unit because they're not convinced that they'll get a suitable return on it, *then they're getting a better return from not renting out their unit.*

And that needs to come to an end.

Hey, at least they're demonstrating consistency. No matter who's in charge, the Democrats are _always_ at fault, right?

Even if I could win a confrontation with Bugs Bunny, I can guarantee that whatever happened next would not be a positive experience for me.

Buffalo Bill! There's a stamp on my bingo card that I haven't punched for a very long time.

Thank you very much for clarifying your stance on human rights as they relate to legality and the whims of the majority. I daresay we can call it at that.

And that's beside the point. His agreement signified a willingness to act against us in pursuit of that 'bigger tent', and so I have very little reason to trust him or his -- and neither should anyone who holds intersectionality and basic human dignity to be meaningful.

Interview with Charlie Kirk, March 2025, 75-minute interview. (Hey, look, relevant to current affairs.) Newsom agreed that trans folks should not be provided gender-affirming medical care when incarcerated, whether they be migrants or federal prisoners in general.
September 30, 2025 at 5:00 AM
It has yet to be shut against Republicans who are willing to kill me and mine. Newsom, for example, is quite happy to host them on his podcast, agreeing copiously with them when they claim that human rights shouldn't extend to trans people.

This tent is moth-eaten, rotten, and has a swastika on it.

The study also completely forgot the murder of Melissa Hortman and her husband, as well as the shooting of John and Yvette Hoffman. But surely that's okay: the whole media did, too.

I'm just going to chalk it up to left-wing killers being exemplified while right-wing ones are quietly buried.

Ah, but you see, those were after July. I expect the powers that be will shortly be or already are redefining terrorist attacks and politically-motivated violence to ignore any mass murders and bombings committed by right-wing-- ahem. "Lone wolves."
