The boats should be questioned/called out. What I saw was a small lake-type boat with an outboard motor, no cabin and no way to carry enough fuel to get the 3,000+ miles it would take to reach America. A boat a family would take out to water ski with, or fish. Not a vessel able to cross oceans.
