I’m confused…
All can be true: (1) Maduro is an antidemocratic despot who has done awful things, (2) Congress has the power to declare war, (3) capturing a country’s leader and “running” the country is reckless/costly/destabilizing and (4) this enables Russia, China to do the same, hurting US interests #Venezuela
