What choice does the rest of the world have? Every time a republican tells America they'll be the most racist president in history, & is duly elected, the world just had to stand still. Better to start again & build these institutions from scratch.

I don't think these institutions should be in the hands of a country that has, & elects the republican party. Their consistent election victories tells the rest of the world that America shouldn't be trusted with scissors.
