the "paramilitary" part is vital here - this is not the US military, this is not natl guard, these are not police - ICE is a paramilitary, answerable only to Trump, with a budget - $85 billion - which makes it the 6th highest funded military force on earth

problem with this USA Today cartoon is that there is still a false class element here - the truck evokes "poor white trash" when most ppl at J6, our best demo of who will fight for MAGA with their bodies, were upper middle class suburbanites with brand new $90,000 trucks
