25⁰ South pumpkin and ricotta ravioli. Local tomato, leek, garlic and sour cream. Basil and chilli from my aunt's garden Coconut and pineapple cake. Perfectly ripe roughleaf pineapples I got at the market for free! They were so ripe and sweet they made the cake brown quicker than intended
