For me it’s the respect we give to the workout. A statement that we’re here to practice Pilates, focusing our mind & giving it our best in that moment.

I do Pilates because…
I love how it connects me to my powerhouse (core), but makes life easier, both mentally and physically so I can keep up with my kids and surf. It even helps keeps my aches and pains away as I get older.
