It’s funny because when you think about it that’s just a well designed walkable city and the closest U.S. Americans have to it are universities

Imagine if we built and modeled communities like a college campus. Totally serious here. Imagine if people could congregate around to live in a community with dedicated social spaces paid for by your taxes. I only spent 2 years in college but genuinely I think that was a good social space for me.
