LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY TO FIGHT:

To be a leader in the Democratic Party, one has to meet five basic requirements:

1. Be first
2. Be fearless
3. Be passionate
4. Be authentic
5. Be fighting

This is what *any* effective strategy requires, in and out of elections.
U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR THE 21ST CENTURY:

It will be a Court of the people, for the people.

The justices will face higher standards. Their oath, words, and conduct must have the full weight of accountability. No justices can lie or defy the will of Congress, before or even after their confirmation.

U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR THE 21ST CENTURY:

It's important to understand that Supreme Court justices are mainly arbiters of legal and constitutional disputes, not ones to dictate what the law is. The underlying ethics of the times, when imbued in the laws themselves, should reflect in their rulings.

U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR THE 21ST CENTURY:

All justices will act in a new legal/political world. They will be required to rule against the rich and powerful, and in favor of ordinary people. Democracy, freedom, equality and justice will be priority.

Otherwise, they will be subject to impeachment.

U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR THE 21ST CENTURY:

These are the minimum requirements:

1. Term limits
2. Code of ethics bound by law
3. Expanding to 15 justices or more
4. Jurisprudence for anti-corruption and anti-capitalism
5. Judicial review adhering to the core spirit and principles of the Constitution

U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR THE 21ST CENTURY:

With a new Democratic trifecta later on, the first priority of any legislative agenda will be comprehensive reform of the highest court in the land.

The current Court (with the Republican majority) is anti-democratic, anti-rule of law and anti-Constitution.

GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

America is now in the 21st Century.

The capitalist system has existed for more than 300 years. It took away the power of the left. It erodes democracy and destabilizes society to the point of no return.

Fight for a new system. A new world.

GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

The capitalist system is intertwined with fascism, dictatorship, etc...

To confront the very system that benefits the Trump regime and the ruling class, it will take a system-oriented, society-wide approach and strategy.

Target *capitalism*.
December 7, 2025 at 11:15 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

There are those pushing for more 'targeted' strikes and boycotts, especially against companies that capitulate or collaborate with the Trump regime in any way. This may move some workers/consumers to action.

But it misses the bigger picture...

GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

A new economic system will be entirely different.

A system with fundamental reforms and regulatory frameworks. A national restructuring of all industries, corporations, and even small businesses.

All federalized in new system of government.
December 6, 2025 at 5:27 AM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

Nothing that is worth fighting for will ever come *easy*…

It takes courage. It takes pain. It takes sweat and blood…

Create the fertile, volatile conditions to mark the birth of a new economic system…

Welcome the fire and destruction.
December 6, 2025 at 5:11 AM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

If companies won’t meet workers’ demands, then months-long strikes, boycotts, and all other anti-capitalist tactics can bring the economy to a halt. Chaos and turbulence will rise sharply. The regime will unleash the violent power of the state.
December 6, 2025 at 5:05 AM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

As to the “demands” for going on strike and boycotting, go all out.

—Demand anything and everything from all companies.

—Demand the highest and most transformative changes to the business & incentive structures.

—Demand full accountability.
December 6, 2025 at 4:59 AM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

If/when all of capital (esp. the rich and powerful) bend to the mighty power of the working class, then a new shift will occur.

A new economic system shall be birthed.

Reach for that destination.
December 1, 2025 at 7:20 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

If people have mutual aid or backup in place, that may help.

Even without any mutual aid or backup, so be it. Go on strike and boycott anyway.

Charge into it.
December 1, 2025 at 7:15 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

Do it all *simultaneously*.

Synchronize and move in concert. The sheer number of movements and resistance to capitalist greed will force the invisible hand to yield to workers’ demands.

Take on hundreds and thousands of companies at once.
December 1, 2025 at 7:09 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

The strategy is simple.

Go on strike against *any and all* powerful industries and businesses for an indefinite amount of time. Make it last for months.

Boycott all of them for exploiting the unfair and unsustainable labor of ordinary people.
December 1, 2025 at 7:04 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

It is not just about the labor movement and unions.

Everyone who is not a boss or manager in any company or corporation has a stake in fighting against unrestricted, unregulated greed and corruption.

The entire American majority need to act.
December 1, 2025 at 6:28 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

This system mainly benefits the rich and powerful, whose exploitation of working people can only widen inequality while destroying every way of life.

It leads to world destruction.

It will need a socialist/progressive revolution to change.
December 1, 2025 at 6:20 PM
GENERAL STRIKES, BOYCOTTS, AND SHUTDOWN OF CAPITALISM:

From here onward, the American people need to reckon with the fundamental flaws, weaknesses, corruption and consequences of capitalism.

It’s an anti-human, anti-democratic system.

There will be no more illusions.

RISE OF A.I.:

A crucial part of that vision is to limit the use of A.I. for the world's most challenging problems -- such as tackling climate change, ending hunger and disease, and driving scientific exploration. For daily life, people should not need A.I. for anything, or to make decisions.
December 1, 2025 at 6:43 AM
RISE OF A.I.:

It will take a real, spiritual, humanistic vision of society that is commensurate with the rise of Artificial Intelligence. That vision, powered by a worldwide movement, can channel the core human temptation to rely on A.I. toward a world of people who take control of their own lives.

RISE OF A.I.:

The fate of humanity is uncertain if/when A.I. "takes over" on a future industrial scale linking every system to the techno-military complex. Besides the ecological costs of sustaining and expanding A.I., the eventual loss of human ingenuity and creativity will prove catastrophic.
December 1, 2025 at 6:18 AM
RISE OF A.I.:

The ruling-class faction of tech lords are trying to use A.I. to exploit and control the population. But they are not immune to the same human vulnerabilities which propel A.I.'s allure and power. The technological innovations unleashed today will engulf the ruling class later on.
December 1, 2025 at 6:05 AM
RISE OF A.I.:

One dark truth is that A.I. represents the next transition to a non-humanistic world. At some point in the future, everything will be controlled by A.I....with every aspect of human thinking and activity computerized into data.

Human 'consciousness' can be a part of A.I. itself.
December 1, 2025 at 5:56 AM
RISE OF A.I.:

Humans are built for two things.

One is the social need for connection. A need to hear a voice, be it artificial or real, in order to assuage a profound sense of loneliness.

The other is the inner desire for knowing the unknown, especially by reaching beyond the physical self.
