Looking forward to exercise my democratic right by voting in the Irish Presidential election today. Thanks to my forebears for sacrificing so much to ensure my vote in a democratic Republic. No way would I dishonour them by not voting or spoiling my vote. That's my take on it. #democracy #election

I’m pretty certain none of the candidates running for #President of #Ireland will say they like the idea of living in a free stately home with meals served up, servants to look after their needs, a big salary and being treated like royalty. Rather it will be about a rather fuzzy vision. 🤔 😆

You'll never see an older person in VHI health insurance adverts. They got rid of them years ago by making the premiums and conditions very difficult. They are not interested in aging customers. Next time you see VHI embracing the older generation in an advert please let me know. #VHI

I know nothing about bird varieties but these were in my garden this morning. One adult and what seems to be a cluster of small birds. Is it a parent and young although there was no interaction. What variety are they? It was lovely to see them in my garden. Anyone, please? #ornithology #birds
