"You can have property unless there people need it" is advocating for theft, and that is the position you have essentially said defines anarchism. Having right to use enforced by violence (e.g. ants) and property ownership are indistinguishable...and inevitable.

Collapse isn't a clean cut thing and many people have been trained to follow government laws at all costs; to essentially substitute compliance for morality. Even if the farmer doesn't care about laws, many of his employees, suppliers, and customers will, creating a compliance nightmare.
