I have a BMW i4 M50 and love it. I came from a Tesla Model 3 Performance; which, for the record, I hated.

This will actually make it harder/impossible for US autos to be sold outside the US (besides the fact they are too big/too heavy/too unreliable).

The US auto (using internal combustion engine) industry is dead. This is the death throes of an industry in terminal decline.

Tipping culture was already out of control (like the recent trend to show 25% or even greater as the default option) and discourages the need for minimum wage reform (which is actually what’s required to solve the cost of living crisis).

Eames chairs are the absolute best.

We were there in QE theater in Vancouver too! It was a great show! Loved the mix of older tracks and the songs off the new album.

- Deleted all Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Cancelled Comcast cable TV (unfortunately I have no other choice when it comes to internet)

What will you do?

So far, I’ve:

- Handed back my Tesla (granted, I did this when Musk began to destroy Twitter)
- Cancelled Amazon Prime, Kindle Unlimited, & moved purchases to other retailers (preferably Shop Small)

But, know that taking a stand has many different forms:

- Petitioning your government representatives.
- Distancing yourself from toxic companies.
- Redirecting your discretionary income to companies aligned to your values.
- Donating to institutions defending our democracy.

It never was about efficiency. It’s all about optics.
