It’s disgusting how “moderates” at the NYT dare to conflate conservative right wing radicalism with any “radicalism” on the left. It’s a disgusting equivalency that ONLY helps the right. Sorry left wing radicalism is social services and higher taxes? VS an untouchable gestapo and literal NAZISM?

at one point, i watched a cook county sheriff’s officer (who appears to be in charge) point out a priest in the crowd.
he and a couple officers then went into the crowd , dragged him into the street, and arrested him.
