Herein lies the problem we face today. We have an Executive Branch that operates openly above the law because it has been empowered by John Robert’s Supreme Court. The Bondi DOJ operates like a mob boss capo to enforce the will of its leader, not the law for the people.

The judiciary depends on the executive branch to carry out its decisions, relying on the President's duty to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed". A fundamental aspect of enforcement is the public's and government's belief in the rule of law.

Federal judges' rulings are primarily enforced by the U.S. Marshals Service, the executive branch's enforcement arm, which executes court orders, but courts also use federal prosecutors, contempt powers (fines/arrest), and can appoint other officials (like local police) for enforcement

This is a tragedy that never needed to happen. I am sorry for her loss. I am sorry that she believed bad information and didn’t understand what she needed to do to protect her family. I place 💯 percent blame at people like RFK jr who have tried to normalize these types of activities.
