I didn't wanna do a self-important celebration vid for 100k and just did a Homer at the Bat review. And that was 4 years ago.
So I should probably think of another random topic that makes me happy.

Was replying to someone else just now but it does seem like a surface level analysis. Not really getting into anything further about Birdo (other than referencing old descriptors) and moving onto her appearances with Yoshi

There definitely seemed to be an avoidance going on in the video. Like, he felt he needed to put in Nintendo's old description for archival purposes but then was afraid of the topic and just moved onto she/her general characterization

Yeah, he seemed to wanna stick with Nintendo's old descriptor and not get into any meaningful trans characterization. He could have at least mentioned it, even if Nintendo avoids it. But at least he went with Birdo's pronouns as she/her (was fearing the worst for a sec)

Doing this was kinda worth it for the HBO deal as I was paying like $15/month for ad-free and wasn't even using it that much. The ad version will probably suck but is way more economical for the amount I actually use it

Wasn't surprised Netflix didn't have any deals cuz of Stranger Things but am kinda annoyed Peacock didn't offer anything (as I like their catalog). Will just stay unsubbed until Traitors starts up again
