I'm not sure what my next bake will be, but it will be for my partners birthday later this month. I've asked her to decide from the #Glutenfree recipes I have.

Just because I have to follow a strict #Glutenfree diet as treatment for #CeoliacDisease, I refuse to let that mean I can't enjoy tasty homemade food that is made from real ingredients, and not highly processed poison.

Agreed. In my case I would have to be careful what they put with it to stop it sticking together. If it was processed with wheat flour, and having #Coeliac Disease, this would be deadly for me.

If you have stomach pain that won't go away, fatigue, diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, persistently anaemic (everything I experienced) then get yourself tested by your GP for #Coeliac Disease using a TTG blood test. You will need to be eating gluten beforehand.

I also had a stint in hospital (the other story), and I can testify that being ceoliac in hospital wasn't easy for me as the food choices were limited. Honestly, it motivated me to get well and out ASAP.

I wish you all the best for your Coeliac journey in 2026 and beyond.
