This killing seems to have pushed all the moderate Dems into calling ICE goons and such and opposing funding them more.

Unfortunately ICE got a huge funding boost already in last year's big Trump bill, so not funding them won't shut them down soon.

I think for now, no changes needed. Minneapolis is rocking it. The killing today has solidified Democratic senators on shutting down DHS next week rather than pass the funding bill. Right now there are bills for several departments combined so DHS will have to be pulled out for a separate vote.
