To all of you who are like me, who have spent the last few days silent, keeping our thoughts off of our socials, but internally seething and absolutely terrified of the future that now seems all but certain… I see you. You are not alone. May our limbic systems soon get a much needed break.

I wish someone had told me that 92% of my life as a dad would just be walking around my house in a loop, turning off lights and closing cupboard doors. I might have made different choices.
