@askamanager.org I’m curious if any of your readers feel their companies have gotten RTO policies right. Mine implemented a very rigid RTO policy last year and got lots of negative feedback. They “loosened it up” this year and have even managed to screw that up.

#DEI IS MERITOCRACY. DEI exists to level the field and remove barriers, NOT to forcibly include or exclude any individual/group. Meritocracy didn't EXIST before DEI due to racial and unconscious bias (and conscious bias, let's be honest). People have been hired solely on merit BECAUSE OF DEI.

He was my first baby (one of my fave pics is him meeting my human baby), and we got more years with him than we thought we would, but it still wasn't enough. He crossed the Bridge on Saturday, where hopefully, he gets to sleep on a giant mountain of pillows and blankets.
