You do know that there were multiple articles of impeachment in 2025, right? Problem is they went nowhere because h the Dems do not have the majority in the house. That hasn’t changed, and unless Dems can peel away a few Reps to oust Johnson, that will not change.

That’s ten months from now. We may not make it. But with Johnson at the helm in the House, impeachment won’t happen (let alone conviction). The 25th won’t happen because the cabinet is all in.
Dems need to get more vocal with messaging to chip away at his support which could lead to impeachment.

Currently teaching a Holocaust memoir. The silence of the majority came up in discussion last week. In short, we all want to be able to say we’d hide Anne Frank and her family in our attic, but the reality is that most wouldn’t. We wouldn’t necessarily turn them in, but most would avert their eyes.

There are ways, but sadly the founders didn’t predict that one side of the political spectrum would be bowing down to their cult leader, letting this happen.
