It absolutely is! We love a good best friends to lovers and second chance romance.
We were together in high-school through graduation to right after. Went our separate ways then met back up years later at the same college where we became besties.
I’m so glad to have them.

I find my journey was all about finding answers for me, I knew there weren’t really treatments before I pushed on. It all depends on how important a dx is to you.

I had an amazing dr finally get me to a cardiologist that listened after doing the poor man’s tilt table and I’m lucky a hospital relatively close was a cardiac specialty hospital & had a tilt table it just took 6 months to get into the tilt table testing schedule though + a fight with insurance.

It’s so validating and I know not a lot can be done treatment wise for my pain and these issues, but getting the dx, just getting it, means a lot in terms of validation to me.
I had a “friend” who told me I couldn’t say I thought I had POTS and hEDS because I didn’t have a dx and it gave me trauma.
