Where is the Hennepin County Attorney @marymoriarty.bsky.social in all of this, given she was all fired up yesterday? Ellison is running for reelection this year but Moriarty is not.

I am not a lawyer but @keithellison.bsky.social is it customary for the subject of an investigation to have his coworkers remove items from his house during an active investigation?

Here is a video of the same ICE agent (in confirmed ICE vehicle) filmed at the intersection of Fry and Taylor in St Paul on December 8th.

He taunts the volunteer "I'll dedicate my next arrest to you" after dangerously boxing them in with his truck. Source: www.instagram.com/reel/DSDboam...

Apropos of absolutely nothing to do with the masked men with no visible agency insignia carrying crates of who knows what out of the shooter's house, but HBO just released an amazing documentary into DHS "shadow units" whose job was to destroy evidence of Border Patrol's crimes
HBO documentary sheds light on Border Patrol’s now-defunct ‘shadow units’
“Anastasio was tragically tortured, beaten, kicked, stomped, and killed by border agents,” said Guerrero. “Unfortunately, that was only the first part of the story, the second par…

Totally normal procedure for someone who is supposedly under federal investigation. I'm sure they're just making sure his collection of "WWII memorabilia" is safe.

I'm told the evidence of the shooting is on Pamela Bondi's desk as we speak and that Kash Patel is working 24/7 to get the evidence released. Right after the Epstein Files.

NEW: These are ICE agents removing evidence from the shooter's home. They are not DOJ, they are Jonathan Ross's friends and coworkers, not DOJ.

This agent removing Ross's personal computer was reported yesterday Jan 9 for boxing in a volunteer and telling them "I'll dedicate my next arrest to you"

This is the ICE agent removing the personal computer of Jonathan Ross, the killer of Renee Good, from Good's home earlier today.

Next, video of the same agent on Dec 8 (not Jan 8, sorry) after dangerously boxing in a MnIceWatch volunteer with his truck & saying "I'll dedicate my next arrest to you"

I believe this guy because I choose to believe this guy.
Does he sound credible? I’ve been hearing rumors all over social media. The moral of this story is, don’t go around executing innocent people if you don’t want your dirty laundry aired.

If the state allowed these people to register to vote, they shouldn’t be prosecuted.

I visited Whittier, Alaska, over the summer and spent months investigating the state's voter fraud prosecutions. It's one of the most interesting, distressing stories I've reported. I hope people pay attention to these cases, explored in depth in my new piece for @boltsmag.org:
Americans by Name, Punished for Believing It - Bolts
In a small Alaska town, American Samoans face prosecution for voting in the only country they’ve ever known. They live in a limbo, created by colonial expansion, that now confuses even public official...

Alaska is now prosecuting 11 American Samoans from Whittier in total. All are relatives, all insist they never meant to break the law. All face years of prison time, in cases currently pending. One of them, the family matriarch (pictured here), has stage 4 cancer.

As a result of mass confusion over voter eligibility—a problem created by colonialism and worsened by government incompetence—lots of non-citizen American Samoans have been voting for years in Alaska.

Did you know: American Samoa is the *only* territory or state where people are born without automatic citizenship and voting rights.

Few understand the fine print of this democratic exclusion. Many, including public officials and non-citizen American Samoans themselves, find it extremely confusing.

The month before her arrest, Tupe Smith had been elected to her local school board. Unbeknownst to her at the time, however, she was not eligible: Smith, who was born in the U.S. and has a U.S. passport, is actually not a U.S. citizen, so can't vote or run for office almost anywhere in the country.
