it might not be likely but maybe the monster part of their names weve seen in the leaks is just an early name, maybe theres a chance they could be a form of oni? we had a few references to them in season 3

@thetannerfishies.bsky.social an idea just came into my head about the elemental monsters. what if theyre actually types of oni? weve had oni references before in DR, and the fact we’re getting dragon ninja aswell. maybe the dragon ninja are a special form or fusion of some sorts.

Potentially the monsters could be taking all the elemental power and the ninja have to stop and regain them.
I also think Lloyd and Arin will meet the SD of Life. I feel like the ninja will help the SDs to rejoin the council, or at least convince them to. Especially with the set leak for the dragon

I was curious about this, does the power of Shatterspin come directly from Thunderfang, hence the “Shatter Dragon” thing? Or did he have no impact on it other than giving the 5 their elemental powers, which helped them create it?
And if he were defeated, would the effects of shatterspin be reversed?
