Holy shit you're right. I don't think Riot will take this as an exmple (hopefully), but nevertheless banning laneswaps would be extremly weird. No idea how 4 admins voted for that.

Maybe i missed something but right now the tournament rules don't mention lane swaps at all. Where did this information come from ?
