Die Welt verändert sich durchgehend. Als Staat muss man sich diesen Veränderungen stellen und Gesetze und Rechte den Umständen entsprechend anpassen.
Einen Status quo zu konservieren, wie es konservative Parteien "versuchen", ist damit unmöglich und führt nur dazu, dass der Staat abgehängt wird.
