Gray has a no-trade clause and signed with the Cardinals because he’s close to his off-season home. I doubt he would accept a trade to Toronto.

Skybox was originally a subsidiary of Liggett Meyers Tobacco, which was a rival to American Tobacco (Duke family). In the original Skybox basketball set, Gminski’s card featured a photo of him getting rejected by Manute Bol. Looks like they were kinder to the Duke players in the second set.
