fwiw I haven't had to queue on Peregrin at all since server consolidation happened, and the vibes there are chill for RPers and non-RPers alike. I understand that Landroval and Laurelin had different vibes, so not sure how chill Meriadoc is, but it may be worth the move if there's no queueing.
