I questioned a Salvation Army bad decision taken in Windsor, ON, a couple of years back. The official line was that local officers make local decisions, meaning "it wasn't us". I haven't donated to them since. Canada Helps will point you to other, better, places to donate, like secular food banks.

Trump says the US is now respected around the world. He's either lying his face off (again), or he's too stupid or too lazy to question what his evil minions are telling him. The US is loathed with Trump at the helm, and more Americans need to know that.

Not knowing much about Ogles, I looked him up. Goodness he's a bad lot. Cheating, lying, licking Trump's balls. No one should take one ounce of notice of this man, he's not a good human being.

A little bit of critical thinking will go a long way to mitigating the worst of social media. Just because you read it on Facebook (or whatever) doesn't make it true. Question everything, that which agree with and that which you disagree with. I do like a nice cat video, though.

I am surprised that American visitors to other countries have not yet been detained for spurious reasons (excepting North Korea, China and the rest), but that time will come. Trump doesn't understand that it all works both ways, just like tariffs.
