i feel like new vegas really nails the vibes of scrounging the wasteland as a scavenger and traveler passing through a lot better
at least in gameplay, 3 really nails the exploring side of the wasteland scavenger/wanderer tho

i do hope the leaked 3 remaster akin to the oblivion one is real, id love for new vegas would also get that treatment

In general I just wish we'd try concepts besides vault dweller
2's tribe and new vegas's courier were breaths of fresh air
I know why they do it tho, its an easy way to make the player character not aware of the world around them so they can ask about the major conflicts and area
