The observation lounge attendant is playing jazz on a bluetooth speaker in the car, and it is a VIBE.

Looks like for future trips I either take the cane or the bike, but not both.
A Brompton folded up with the L bag on the block with a walking cane hitched on top of it. In this configuration, the cane makes it too wide to go through doors or bollards. While on the move, the cane likes to slip out of place and threaten to knock people over on the sidewalk/bike path/scratch someone's car. And lastly, it's too much to try to juggle the bike, the bag, and the cane all at once when rushing for your train.

Been sitting in the Great Hall for 20 minutes and without fail, someone stops to get a picture of the Christmas tree. Mind you, even in the Great Hall, is is beautiful.

Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railroad’s new grey color. Why didn’t they lean into the greens? The grey just means they can sneak up on you at night.

Yes, we’ve lost daylight earlier, but my early morning commute just got a lot prettier.

Still waiting for a small electric roadster to come Stateside, but until then, my eyes are for the Carice TC2.
A small light blue roadster that bares a resemblance to a Porsche 356. All electric of course, with a weight around 1,300 pounds. The interior of the TC2 done up in light brown leather and polished aluminum for the dashboard. One could be forgiven in thinking it’s the interior of a classic car.

How many minor league ballparks do you know of that have a Ferris wheel at them? (The only other one I can think of is at Coney Island, and I’m not sure if that’s on the park proper.)
