That’s pronounced Swash-Bake-ler

Just your average Baking Swashbuckler.

Self-proclaimed Renaissance Man: Baker, Maker, Sewist, Swordsman, and Craftsman.

Shall we embark on an adventure? ⚔️
Yeah! It’s when you take components from different gear (in this case swords) and combine them to make a new one. Some people might call it a Frankensword.
I will often swap pommels or blades to play with balance and speed.

I use orange zest! If I’m feeling extra frisky, I’ll add a touch of orange extract for even more flavor. And if you really want that orange to pop, massage the zest into the sugar before combining with the other ingredients 🍊+ 🍫 = ❤️

I love pretty much all things chai. I will always look for an excuse to add chai to a bake!

I toyed with the idea, but for this project I was tasked with the “sweets.” However, I do like the notion of a savory option in the future!

Excellent idea. Perhaps a pan de elote style sweet cornbread.

Yes! I was thinking about a sweet potato and toasted Italian meringue mix!

I love ube so much! Unfortunately there is no local place for me to buy it, and shipping is prohibitively expensive!

But I like the way you think 🍠
