i may actually put sketches on pause for a couple days as I'm hanging out with my gf and her folks

no sketches tonight as I spent most of the day driving (about 7 hours) and am absolutely wasted

day 9

a little late, but whatevs

having a lot of fun drawing these basic profiles of characters, wanna eventually get better at drawing muscles as muscular characters have always been fun to make

also drew some eyes because self indulgence is key in art

day 8 (technically I finished these on the day I said I would, my post is late though)

mentioned in the last post that I wanted to try more dedicated sketches to improve on specific stuff, so I used some refs for these, pretty happy with it

remember to be patient with yourself, nobody's perfect <3

just woke up to get some food and realized I totally spaced on the sketches for today

my bad oops

will do a double tomorrow to compensate

day 7 of sketching

decided to try out some perspective/direction practice, since most of my faces have been looking straight ahead thus far

probably gonna do some more dedicated practicing with perspective in upcoming sketches, wanna try to improve on that

always remember that you're loved :)

only one page today as I got done with work like 30 minutes ago (it's 10:30pm where I'm at) and am absolutely wasted

the horse was drawn by request of my fiancee, it was surprisingly fun to draw by request so if anyone's got ideas, lemme hear 'em for tomorrow

day 5 of sketching random stuff

tried to stay away from faces as much as possible with this one but some of em really fought me on it

pretty proud of the rose-etta stone, had a lot of fun with the Space Marine drawing on the second page

day 4 of sketching stuff from random lines, meant to not draw faces with this one but eh

also meant to do this a lot earlier but we had family over and I didn't have time until now (technically it is still today in my time zone)

day 3 of making random drawings from lines

I'm learning I really like drawing faces, might focus more on that in the future

need to learn how to draw hands at some point, but that's for waaaay later

Got tired of having ideas and nowhere to put em so here's day 1 of me filling a couple pages with sketches

I plan to do at least 1 a day from here on so keep me honest pls

Had some free time and needed something to break my creative block so I made some Heroforge models of Nik and Rellin, some OCs by the wonderful @tidywire.bsky.social (Go check him out, trust me)

if i get 1k followers in the next 30 mins I'll draw Popka wearing even less than usual.
