I once had a student call PHX approach for a bravo clearance to climb above terrain and cut some time off of the flight. He did a okay job checking in for his first time…..
ATC: “Nxxxx Say position and altitude”
My student: “position and altitude”
ATC: “Nxxxx remain clear of class Bravo”😂
