So I’m resting instead & I fucking hate it. Life sucks so much overall at the moment & I can’t even go do the one thing I use to escape life.

For the first time in months, I’m actually sat down & watching a VGK game. I legitimately think I’ve been skirting depression.

My appetite is also all over the place. Likely stress but also compounded by a change up in adhd meds dosage strength. So I’m trying to navigate that. I suspect these may be too strong a dose but it’s really hard to tell this week.

Turns out half my team have also been nailed by whatever this illness is. I should be over it this weekend but spending all day in bed on weds with what felt like a 24hr flu, was not much fun.

Cuz yknow, at less than 54kg, I have weight to lose 😭🙄

WORSE STILL. It is my birthday on Thursday & I am unlikely to have gotten this fixed by then. So I’ll be drinking food and probably hungry

So now I have to go back out to Asda & buy liquid foods to eat because trying to eat solid food is pulling on the wire & misshaping it even worse. UGH.

What makes this whole thing even worse is that I HAD a dentist appointment for last week but THEY fucking cancelled it. It was feeling a bit odd then bit figured they’d look at it at the time. Fucking LOL

When it snapped in Canada, they saw me THE NEXT DAY.

So now I’m gonna have to subsist on liquid food until Monday (unless I get a cancellation appointment) AND wear one of my clear retainers during the day so I don’t go fucking mental or cut myself.

So not only am I running the risk whilst eating of pulling it off even more, I might cut myself. The irritation levels are unreal. No other dentist will take me in as ‘they didn’t do my Invisalign’. It’s literally a glue repair FFS
