Totally agree. Had we not beaten Everton on opening day I’m convinced it would be much, much more hostile. Sunday afternoon is the worst I’ve seen it recently even if there are still a few happy clappers. It’s gonna be much worse after villa (who, btw, are SIXTH!)

At the time I was loving it, I thought we were really getting into our own, admittedly against a shit team like that. By the time they’d scored I genuinely thought it could end up being a draw, and in hindsight we should’ve absolutely put them to bed instead of spending the last minutes scared.

Watching us against Brighton felt akin to that period where we were just getting thumped by 3 or 4 goals with no reaction 🤣 just the 2 teams out of the top 3 in our next 3 matches 😵‍💫

The performances of late under farke have been nothing short of disappointing, especially in games which we went into thinking we have a chance. Yes, the board are responsible for not backing him but Farke has major flaws - some of which were pointed out as early as his first season.

Incredibly naive to think that we can’t do better than Farke, take a punt on someone from a foreign league, it’s worked well for some prem clubs.
November 14, 2025 at 7:13 AM
There’s a silly opinion floating around that we either keep farke or obtain someone that’s even worse. I’ll be totally honest, I had little to no idea what bielsa was about when he came in, and I didn’t expect a Leeds owner to be able to make an appointment thah would be any good.

I’ll happily sit and hear people out for their opinions, but the minute I spot ‘100 points’ or ‘who else’ my mind switches off. Boring.

I don’t even dislike him, great man manager. Most if not all of the criticism he got as England boss was undeserved. If he could do what he did for England in terms of getting the fans behind the squad for us then it’d work wonders. Only problem is the change between club and int’l management.

It’s almost like you can’t get PL experience without being given the chance to.

FWIW I don’t think he’s that bad. He’s a victim of being alright at everything and subsequently not falling into a specific path in terms of role. He’s not the big destroyer we thought we were getting because he does like to get forward, but equally he’s not creative enough to be an attacker.

(even if results don’t directly reflect that last sentence - see the shock GG own goal, conceding late to bournemouth etc etc) #lufc

Not calling him racist or owt obvs, but it is an interesting dynamic imo, especially favouring Harrison over Ramazani? Surely he’s just dense.
November 10, 2025 at 8:46 AM
I know it’s a very big reach, I’m also not accusing Farke of anything explicitly as we have Bogle playing every week and had Kamara who he was fond of, but all the ‘attitude problems’ players who he doesn’t/hasn’t favour(ed) are all young black men.
November 10, 2025 at 8:44 AM
How does he look younger than when he left?
November 10, 2025 at 8:41 AM
‘Just enjoy yourselves lads - oh shit we’ve scored, erm….’
November 10, 2025 at 8:36 AM
Was thinking this. I haven’t seen a single post on any platform yet supporting him. Proper telling.

May aswell stay there for longer at this rate.

At this point I don’t even know if a managerial change fixes it, the more I look at this squad the more I wonder how they were happy signing it off as a premier league squad before the first game.
November 9, 2025 at 3:49 PM
Maybe ‘by any means’ is a stretch - he’s had so many chances to better it. He’s been dealt a shit hand but that means nothing when you don’t then play to win the game.

Definitely getting more and more his fault by the day, he absolutely does not help himself. That said, it’ll always go back to the window we gave him, and the fact they trusted him in the first place despite the warning signs we had over the last two seasons.
