Blowing up civilian boats in international waters is international terrorism. Illegal throughout the world. Making an accusation & killing people is barbaric. What if another country started blowing up boats off our coast?

The main difference between what they're doing as opposed to what police do is police are there to prevent crime while ICE & National Guard are there to commit crimes.
