Update; holy crap there is a difficulty spike that made hard parts of Ori (will of the wisps) and hollow knight's path of pain look EASY in comparison. i was not prepared. Sweaty gamer mode was activated. And they're NOT optional sections, either. You HAVE to "git gud" to progress in game.

That's been me this year when I wake up! I started leaving my phone on the otehr side of teh room, bought a classic alarm clock, and don;t look at a screen until I've read at least 50 pages of a book. I read 4 book in January, which was 1/3 of the books I read last year. It's been great for my brain
