You can do all of the dlc at the end, though it pays to start the Brushes with Death DLC in Trosky - especially if you're doing hardcore mode.
The wagon travel points for Trosky and Kuttenberg are just really out of the way for these quests...

Are you thinking about the KCD concert in Prague? During the Fan Fest there was no accompanying visuals to the concert, so nothing explicit was shown or heard. The KCD concert though had full visuals as far as I've heard.
