Those were my first thoughts. They still hold. Aside from using it to attack immigrants moreso, I imagine it will be used to further attack women in service too.

Horrible, afraid. I am trans, autistic, on Snap and Medicaid. I am scared. Rent is too much, food is too much. Student loans are too much. Life is too much. There isn’t much to look forward to. This is a cruel world, a cruel country. I know this world wants me dead.

I never heard of annas until now. I am neurodivergent, autistic, what does that have to do with piracy, weaponry? The only thing I ever download for free is from a library or a public domain title. I would rather buy physical from a local indie book shop than amazon or buy directly from the author.
