I love Mondays! Fresh starts and new goals! Last week I wanted to do at least 10 miles on treadmill, I ended up with 21 😀. This week my goal is to walk around some of the homeless encampments around town and hand out 100+ pairs of socks. #fitness #walk @jadedesires.bsky.social

@jadedesires.bsky.social also wants me to post reasons why I am trying to get fit daily. A big one is I want to be around for a long time. I help run a great little food bank, I do a lot of charity work and I want to be able to do those things for a long time :)
