If I'm being honest, I feel like my health issues - partially as a result of working in a moldy office for 7 years - had been coming on slowly, compounding, for some time. Healing isn't quick work. Ideally, it would be nice to have a full year to dedicate to my well-being. Wishful thinking, I know.

Wish the company would be open to a hybrid option so that I could work from home to alleviate overdoing it. Also, avoid missed time on the days I need to be semi-horizontal.

I don't necessarily want to find another job. I've looked briefly and haven't found good WFH opportunities.
