That wasn’t my intent at all, just sharing a writing struggle and looking for camaraderie. We all hit those "oh no, I've hit a corner, help!" Moments. Writing can be isolating, and finding a little connection and common ground can be really uplifting. I like little reminders that we aren't alone.

Right, but it's nice to find relatable moments in the 8 billion. I find it comforting.

So many little threads to tie up in pretty bows! Thanks for the reassurance that this is typical (and hard)

That sounds like a nice ritual

In the morning, I drink my coffee at my desk and write until my mug is empty. If I'm lucky enough to have a spare afternoon, I have tea and biscuits and I like to sit where I can see the sun. At night, I like to write with the lights off, usually surrounded by cozy blankets.

I'll begin! Right now I'm reading Nettle and Bone by T. Kingfisher. It's very much the same vibe of my current WIP. I just finished the office of historical records, which is completely different. I try to read as wide as I can with frequent revisits to my core genres! #WritingCommunity

It is a true process!

Honestly, it sounds like you're doing it the right way.

I love that you're back at it!

That's awesome! Is this your first project?

This is a thing I didn't know I needed. Love it!

Same! Work, words, and maybe some baking later!

It is beautiful!!

That's mainly what I use it for, beta comments. I have heard great things about Obsidian, too. I might try to find a comparison somewhere online.

I've been told that too, but my current wip has been over 50k for months and it's been okay so far 🤷🏼‍♀️

I need to make the switch. The horror stories of lost work from earlier versions of Scrivner have held me back. I know they've fixed the issue, but scars run deep.

Oh no, yours crashes!? I use google docs too, at least until the final draft. I haven't had it crash yet. I wonder why it's crashing for you? 🤔
