reasonable countries should coordinate a collective response that has the potential to crush Trump's economy... Just make agreements that if one country is slapped with this, 10-20 countries impose the same on the US

The U.S. has benefitted from international doctors making up for the limitations of its own education system. Key factors have been political stability, civil liberties, and a strong institutional support for science. At this point, those with international mobility are better off looking elsewhere

not sure, can't tell much from the file layout and I'm not familiar with the project. It would seem to me that finding a way to make a port would be less likely to break with the -current and -release cycles. Would be interested in an independent port of raylib, we might have most of the rest...

but the type of hyponatremia can well be a confounder. My personal (hospitalist, non-systematic) observation is that some patient's who are primarily hypovolemic correct very rapidly as soon as volume is administered. SIADH and hypervolemic causes of hyponatremia just take longer...

but did they correct in some way for cause of hyponatremia, level of illness, comorbidities (hypokalemia, hyperglycemia), or other factors why the sodium may have been corrected more rapidly or slowly than planned?
