Feels a little like criticising red poppies because Earl 'Butcher' Haig co-founded the British Legion then served as its president until his death. Surely people wear both, based on their current meaning, not on the perceived sins of those involved in establishing them?

Effectively the government lost twice over, because its bid to make Palestine Action challenge via an internal mechanism was dismissed and the group was granted permission to fight on 2 out of 4 further grounds - home secretary regard to "relevant considerations" and compliance with own policy
