I wish it had the 30-day mute or similar... gives a pause in case it's not a regular thing. Can always nuke if it is too much.

I feel like that about movies. Scorsese can pull off 3.5 hours, but most people aren't him.
It feels like Knopfler can pull off 12-14 minutes (or whatever that song is on the album), but I always skip out, just like I do on the Freebird solo.

I run every social media reply through ChatGPT so it can summarize it into bulletpoints, run a sentiment analysis, and provide 3-5 variations of proposed responses.
I then ask Claude to make these responses (with my own suggestions, of course!!!) friendlier, and more human.
Winning at human-ing.
