So this makes sense to me. Even tolerating pain, that makes sense. Out of curiousity? Do you still play? I know many years ago you had to do extensive hand exercises, did that improve? That clear acrylic bass was awesome.

What kind? I generally use optimum nutrition for the last 20 years.
